Buying tech without a clear objective is like pressing the button at a crossing and expecting the little green man to give you sales leads. It doesn’t work like that.

Tech is not a strategy. It’s a tool. And it needs to be used with intent.

  • What’s the outcome you want?
  • What’s the problem you’re solving?
  • What will this tech do for the business? Besides flashing its lights and being a budget-hoover.

If you can’t answer those questions, it’s probably not the right time to invest.

Innovation without purpose is just expensive noise.
